  • Products with racial purity of 100%, pure Iberian.
  • Products of at least 75% purity of breed.

Iberian acorn ham, which comes from pigs that have been raised in the Dehesa de Extremadura, is the most appreciated in the world. For this reason we select, one by one, the best pieces of this naturally dried and handmade ham, as well as shoulders, so as to ensure their quality and delicious flavour.
